Return and Cancellation Policy

This Return Policy applies to consultation services purchased from Biobloomdrain. As we provide informational consultation services rather than physical products, the following terms govern cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Consultation Bookings

All consultation sessions require advance booking. Payment details and confirmation are provided at the time of scheduling via email correspondence.

Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before a session receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session at no additional charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. One free reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a nominal administrative fee.

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience, whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method. Refund amounts are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Digital Resources

Written summaries and planning documents provided as part of a consultation are delivered digitally. These materials are non-returnable once delivered, as they constitute the completed service output.

Disputes

If you have concerns about a consultation session, contact us within 7 days of the session date. We will review your feedback and work toward a fair resolution in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection guidelines.
